I purchased this case first in beige and then in black. If you, like me, love the size and shape of the Mini, you can buy this case confidently (and with the knowledge that it keeps some tiny amount of plastic out of a landfill). The one note I'll give, as others have pointed out, is that the beige version does get dirty easily. In particular I would say don't put it in the pocket of new black jeans until they've been washed a few times.
