I have been buying French Connection dresses and sizing is consistent, length is good for someone who is on the shorter height (5 feet 4 inches and lower). The dress fits nicely. I already have this exact dress and spent a lot more for it in the stores. However, when this dress arrived the material appears to be a little thicker than the Whisper Light dress I bought in the store and even after washing the large fold wrinkles are hard to get out even after ironing on the reverse side which is recommended. Hopefully with repeat delicate washing, it will wear well.
