I am 5’ 10” and 130 pounds. I ordered both an extra small and a small. Both sizes have the same problem. This dress is both short waisted - the waist on this looked like an empire waist on me - and incredibly short. The skirt is two layers: the outer ruffled layer and a liner layer made of the same fabric. The liner layer didn’t cover anything, and the outer layer has gaps between the ruffles that reveal the liner underneath. The fabric is a faux taffeta. It’s heavier weight than expected, and shiny. From product photos online, I thought it would have a fun, light weight, summer cotton dress feel but in real life the sheen and heavier weight contradict this. This dress is so extremely mini it isn’t actually wearable for anyone tall with long legs. It could be sold, accurately, as a “petites” style… cannot imagine it working with ease for anyone over 5’ 6”…
